i just called my bf to voice my concern about being pregnant and he bought a test and i took it 10 min ago and its a very dark positive it says on the box to still see a doctor does that mean it's not a 100% accurate.? he is freaking out saying our lives are ruined and is lying down. when would i have gotten pregnant i skipped june but had light spotting first week of july for 2 -3 days just brown with little bit of pink?so i am confused i thought it was maybe a week or two along or that i could take some pill? we are both leaving for college next week me on friday him on wensday we will be hour away from one another.what are our options?and can i just wait and see a college nurse?
it's both our first year of college!

You should see a doctor before you go to school if at all possible so you can be sure. Then you'll have to decide what to do. If you are, he has a point. Not the best timing, wouldn't you say?

You are pregnant. You can (and a lot of people do) spot in the first few months of pregnancy. I would say you are about 8 to 10 weeks pregnant. There is no pill taking option at this point. You already know what your options are. At this point you can wait to see the college nurse if you plan on completing the pregnancy. If not you better get in quickly.

You are 99% pregnant. Most of these home tests are accurate. take one more to see. I say yes you are. I am sorry that this is happening to you. But there is not a pill you can take now because it sounds like you are around 2 months. You need to see a doctor. If having a baby is not what you need right now you can consider adoption, or abortion, but you need to really think about what is going to work for you. There are lots of families out there that can not have children and would love to give your a good home. There are open adoptions that you can still be a part of child's life and see them grow up and have a good life. Or closed where you won't know them and they won't know you. Planned Parenthood is a good place to start. They can give you an estimate of how far along you are and it is free to go there. Then you can decide about what you are going to do and then make Dr.'s appt. Good Luck to you. Remember that everything happens for a reason and you will make it through this just take time. Really think about your options. But please please please go to college and do not let any one talk you out of it. There are plenty of women who went to college when they had babies.

If the test is positive, you are preganant. If you didn't have a period in June, you are prolly about 2 months pregnant. You didn't have a period in July, just some break through bleeding. You know what your options are. You can raise a child, have an abortion, or give the baby up for adoption. Think long and hard before you make a decision, good luck.

oh my goodness.......... it sounds like you both got into a bit of trouble... Man o Man...
ummm the only thing I can tell you to do is go to the doctor and find out from the doc if the results you see are in fact accurate or not? I definitly see this putting a strain on your relationship with him and let him know this does take 2 and this does effect 3 peoples lives not just his... your his and the baby if there is one..
Ask the doctor your options... They are generally the best for this decision

As I would tell my daughter if she were to get pregnant. Your option is to have this baby. You chose to have sex... you dont have a choice what to do now. You have another life to look after for the rest of your life. Rude awakening isnt it? Best thing to do is go see an OBGYN and let them run the tests to see if you are indeed pregnant. Next move is to tell your parents and begin thinking about that life inside you. I hate to be harsh.. but maybe later on in life.. you can go on to college and get your education. Was the sex worth all of this now?? Best wishes.

He needs to calm down first of all. If he didnt want children he should have either kept it in his pants or worn a condom. It sounds like you're pregnant from what you're saying but you should see your primary phyiscian. If I'm right, then your lives wont be ruined but will be difficult. Best of luck to you.

im sry this happened to you.. but it can be a great thing.. tell your parents right away and they can help you with some options. you never know..they could probably take care the baby while you go to college or something like that..don't have an abortion cuz thats murder.. take care and good luck.. tell your man to take it easy

First of all...Damn! second, i think you have been pregnant a while now, go to your nearest planned parenthood (even tho it wasnt) and talk to a doc there, they can tell you exactly when you got pregnant, and if you want an abortion, they will tell you if you can, when and where to get one.

You have to see a doctor because you need PRENATAL care for your pregnancy. He cannot blame a baby for ruining your lives...he was the one who wanted to have sex so he needs to blame himself as well as you for allowing him to have sex with you and not use any birth control.
