I need that answer.Is it opposite of what is used for gaining muscles.If you have some good answer how much time is needed for some results?

I'm guessing you are trying to be a female ... yes? If you are taking female hormones that will help but otherwise only time and inactivity will do the trick. Good luck.

You're talking about reducing muscle? Food for it? There is'nt such a thing.
