I'm getting a Chihuahua in about three weeks, She's Black, with brown markings. She'll be very tiny, she's a teacup Chihuahua. What is something cute, original, and fitting that I could name her? Shes very perky and energetic...She's adorable!!

How about since she is a *teacup* Chihuahua you name her ..
Imari (ēmä'rē) Why you may ask - because......... The first small cups specifically made for drinking the new beverage tea seen in Europe were exported from the Japanese port of Imari.
When I read this info I just kinda thought it would be something different, but then again maybe too different for you - I like different names and it would fit a little girl and give her a meaning to her name :-)

How about Poncho Doggo...hahah I only say that because that was the name of my own Chihuahua when I was a kid......I do know another absolutely adorable female Chihuahua whos name is Memphis. It all depends on personality, the name that is right will come to you.....dont worry

I have always liked the name Suki. That was the name I was going to use for my teacup Yorkie but when I got it it turned out to be a boy. But I think that Suki is really cute.

My first dog was an abandoned Chihuahua. mixed. he was all tan, and we named him ginger. You mentioned that she is brown and black. if she looks like a doberman , you could call her dobie. for her size. and believe me their temperments they think they are german shepards. You could look up mexican names. or a mexican desert. dance. i usually use Perfumes. Goddesses. slang. for the opposites. or call her Gypsy. and put a little bell on her neck . so you don't accidently step on her,. be careful. i have heard of these tiny breeds. poms. yorkie. pups. people plopping down sitting on them, Great Luck. see which name shelikes the most, and that is what you name her.

If you don't know what to name her you should call her baby for a while and until you figure out a name that will really fit her personality. And if nothing comes to mind just call her baby.
