In order to do that you would need to lose over a pound a day in which case whatever you need to lose the weight for will no longer be a concern as you will be dead.
When you stop eating totally or drastically cut your food intake, your body goes into survival mode. That means it actually burns less calories and when you do eat again it will store what you eat as fat in case of another emergency. That's why people who yo-yo diet usually end up weighing more than when they started.
To lose weight and keep it off, you need to burn more calories than you take in and raise your set point. The only way to do that is too eat regular, sensible meals (skip snacks, junk, and fast food), and EXERCISE as a way of life not for just a little while and then quit.
Sounds real easy but oh so hard to do! If you can't do it alone, join a group like Weight Watchers.
Good luck!

I don't think you can loss 75 pounds in less than 2 months. Most healthy diets call for about a 2 pound a week weight loss.

Drink water and only eat healthy stuff...start swimming and walking and you will be well on your way and can lose at least 15 in that time. No sensible way to lose 75 in 2 months without major surgery!

IN LESS THAN TWO MONTHS!?!? You are going to certainly harm your body trying to drastically change it in such a short time. Change your goal to 20 pounds or so. Eat salads, drink water and go the the gym. Go in a sauna to sweat. If you are getting very uncomfortable in anyway, your body is telling you to slow down. Good luck..
If you must take a diet pill, I recommend Dexatrim Natural, with No CAFFEINE!! Take as directed.
Be careful.

I think that it's a pretty harsh and unrealistic goal that you are setting yourself plus it's a well known fact that the best form of weight loss that stays off is gradual weight loss at a steady pace. Get loads of exercise , eat healthily and I'm sure the weight will start to fall off. Good luck and don't be so hard on yourself.

I know of somebody who lost 80 lbs in 6 months with Slim Fast. That's all, she did not eat anything, but rigidly followed Slim Fast's recommendation.
75 lbs in 2months is a daunting goal. But when there's a will, there's a way.
Good luck.

If you lost that much that quick you'd be in the hospital.
it's not what you can eat. it's what you CAN NOT EAT.
