her offspring are 6 months old and she's not baby sitting she's trying to steal my other cats babys. it may be non of my biss. but its still wrong and i want her to stop.

Keep the mama cat and her babies in a room with the door closed so the fixed cat can't get to the family. Once the kittens are weaned, be sure to get their mama fixed too so you don't have this problem anymore.
Occasionally when a cat (or dog) is spayed, the veterinarian can miss a bit of tissue from the ovaries which can cause the female's body to continue to produce hormones. This can cause her to come into heat as well, although she can't get pregnant. The vet can check her if she acts like she is in heat and see what can be done.
Another tip is to give the fixed cat some small soft toys that she can carry around and 'pretend' to nurse which may keep her occupied so she leaves the family alone.

You will have to find a way to separate her from the other cat and her offspring. It is the only way to get her to stop. She will keep doing it no matter how much you yell, throw things or squirt her with water. Separate her from the others until they are no longer little babies.

Mother cats are stranger than most other mothers. Who knows what's going through her beady little mind? You can do either one of two things. Separate them or just butt the heck out of their business. Believe me, they'll survive just fine either way. It's a good thing to worry about if you don't have anything else to occupy your mind. Won't hurt a thing to worry about them. Won't help either.
