um. pretty simple diet actually.
1- take your morning body weight and multiply it by 10, then round to the nearest hundred. this number is the amount of calories you should intake per day.
eg. morning body weight=125
125 x 10 = 1250
calorie intake = 1200
2-stay away from condiments, they are useless calories, use salt, pepper, and ketchup if you have to.
3-try not to use oil, or fat in your food. backed our steamed is best, less calories, less fat.
4- balance out your meals... just because your calorie counting doesnt mean you can eat 1200 calories worth of cake. balance fruit, veggies, and meat.
5- once a week its okay to have a treat. this way your body is actually working to burn off useless calories.
6- drink water instead of pop, or juice. every morning have a huge glass of water... wait 20 minutes, then eat some breakfast. make sure your always hydrated. drink LOTS of water.
to find a calorie list just look it up on yahoo or google or something. its really simple. dont forget to excersice too though. good luck!
oh. and to maintain your weight, multiply your morning body weight by 12.
=)

The best thing is to eat 5 small meals in the
day. This helps with any cravings and your
metabolism is more on a even level through
out the day. You'll lose the weight and don't
forget to drink water and exercise. Those
10lbs will be easy to get rid of.

I eat low fat and exercise to cut calories. Read the labels of everything you eat, keep under 3 grams of fat per serving and use butter spray instead of butter. If you are exercising be sure to eat some healthy protien which might have fat like a few almonds. Good luck.

Limit these foods to 1-2 days a week: cheese, sodas, sweet treats, fried foods, fast foods.
Watch your night eating, don't have anything but fruit or healthy snacks after 7:00. It's the night time snacking that's making us gain weight.
Eat your meals, breakfast, lunch, dinner and healthy snacks in between. If you aren't eating junk food, your body will burn it up.
Change your butter or margarine to "I can't believe it's not butter" spray. No calories No fat.
Drop down to skim milk.
Have your breads at breakfast and lunch, very little at dinner.

Easy. Like if you go out to eat, order half of what you normally would. & every week decide on a food not to eat, that's high in calories, or fat, or sugar. & when eating snacks, don't eat anything with more than 8grams of fat & 180 calories. Should work.
