The closest to what you are saying can be found be in Matthew 5:17-18 but Jesus said it, not God:
17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill.
18: For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
There are people like whynotaskdon who say all prophecies came true but any person who read the Bible can tell you it is not true. Many prophecies that are in OT about Messiah have yet to come true and there are many in NT, claimed by Jesus and Paul who have not come true.
Feel free to send me a message, I will send you of the prophecies that have not come true.

Paul reminds us that prophecies may fail:
"Whether there are prophecies, they will fail; whether there are tongues, they will cease; whether there is knowledge, it will vanish away" (1 Corinthians 13:8).
Failed prophecies exist. One list can be found in the url below.
Many people overlook the fact that in the Bible, prophecy is not about foretelling the future! It is about social justice for the oppressed. A principle theme of the prophetic tradition, exemplified in the Exodus event, is that God acts in history on the side of the oppressed -- and those who are thereby liberated are further expected to practice justice.

You have to distinguish between conditional prophecies and unconditional prophecies. For instance Jonah was a prophet of God who told the people of Nineveh that God was going to destroy their city. But the people, from the King on down all repented and humbled themselves before God and so the destruction didn't come about until about 150 years later when a new generation failed to follow in the footsteps of the repentants who came before them.
However, every prophecy that is in the form of an unconditional promise given by God MUST come true. Otherwise God is an unfaithful liar or He isn't the Almighty God of Heaven who has the power and wisdom to watch over his word to see that it comes to pass.
Jeremiah 1:12 Then the LORD said to me, "You have seen well, for I am watching over my word to perform it."

Hebrews 6:17-18
"Wherein God, willing more aboundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of His counsel, confirmed it by an oath: That by two immutable things in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us."
In other words, there are no verses that support non-fulfillment of God's prophecies. He cannot lie.

Prophecy is not fortune telling. God commissioned the prophets to speak in his name warning people of what would happen to them if they did not repent. Some repented and the Lord relented from punishing them. Those that ignored the prophets warnings found out the veracity of God's Word. Following is an example of God repenting from doing evil towards reformed sinners:
[Jer 26:19] Did Hezekiah, king of Judah, and all Judah condemn him to death? Did they not rather fear the LORD and entreat the favor of the LORD, so that he repented of the evil with which he had threatened them? But we are on the point of committing this great evil to our own undoing."

If it's a prophesy in the Bible it will come true. There are already thousands of prophesies in the Bible that have come true. So, it's a guarentee the rest will too. The Bible says to kill anyone who makes prophesies in God's name (claiming they were told by God) if they don't come true. The Bible takes that pretty seriously. But every prophesy will come true. bet on it.

EVERYTHING that God prophesies will come true! A true prophet was speaking the very words of God. God makes it very clear how people could tell if the man speaking was truly a prophet. "If a prophet, or one who foretells by dreams, appears among you and announces to you a miraculous sign or wonder, and if the sign or wonder of which he has spoken takes place, and he says, "Let us follow other gods" (gods you have not known) "and let us worship them," you must not listen to the words of that prophet or dreamer. The LORD your God is testing you to find out whether you love him with all your heart and with all your soul. It is the LORD your God you must follow, and him you must revere. Keep his commands and obey him; serve him and hold fast to him. That prophet or dreamer must be put to death, because he preached rebellion against the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt and redeemed you from the land of slavery; he has tried to turn you from the way the LORD your God commanded you to follow. You must purge the evil from among you." (Deuteronomy 13:1-5)

There are no Bible verses that say that they wont come true.
God would not prophesize unless it would come true.
He is firm in his word and following it. He does not go back on it or his decisions.
Keep in mind, he's known the end since the beginning sooo he wouldn't have any reason for them not to come true.

Deuteronomy 18:20-22 But the prophet who dares to speak in My name a message I have not commanded him to speak, or who speaks in the name of other gods—that prophet must die.' 21 You may say to yourself, 'How can we recognize a message the LORD has not spoken?' 22 When a prophet speaks in the LORD's name, and the message does not come true or is not fulfilled, that is a message the LORD has not spoken. The prophet has spoken it presumptuously. Do not be afraid of him.
