Was this an accidental breeding or do you know the breeding dates? Weight gain and nipple enlargement are common. If you know approximately when she may have been bred you can count days. Radiographs can be done at 45 days or later, ultrasound earlier. Progesterone testing is another possibility.......it needs to be at 4.0 at least to maintain a pregnancy.

If she is pregnant then her breasts get bigger and she loses her appetite. She will get protective and will growl at you if you take her toy away because she believes the toy is her baby. She will sleep more than usual and make a nest in her sleeping area. She will really get vicious towards you if you try to pet her.
