Biran Sefar, For some it is not easy,do you feel called to this? I first, with purity of heart, offered sexuality to GOD. you master it by the Grace of GOD. Prayer. You can let spirit channel the energy through doing meditation. you can find a qualified hatha yoga instructor, there are certain postures and information he/she can give you that will help a great deal.Sexual energy is transformed into an amber fluid then absorbed into the body as it rises through the body it rejuvinates the body and nervious system,it carries light throughout the body, I pray you may be able to contain that energy, once completed it is transformed into pure conscious energy. Avoid seclusion with the opposite sex. Once you have seclusion, then there is huge temptation to get hot & heavy. As for releasing sexual tension, well..... diddling works. (BLUSH!!!!!) To be realistic, the sexual urge is like an itch. Touch it and it will keep itching. Leave it alone and it will relax on its own. It may not go away, I doubt if that ever happens, but trust me, when you leave it alone, it won't itch nearly as much. Diddling is good only when you can't take it anymore, otherwise leave it alone.

You do get used to it. At first it's hard, but then your body actually gets used to it and it's not as hard to do (er, or not do, actually). As for "channeling" I can't really answer that. I don't do anything to channel the libido, like yoga or chanting or anything like that.

One thing to realize... God has given us a most beautiful, precious gift, that of sexuality. Sexuality is so good, so beautiful, and in marriage, so holy. To open this gift requires the most befitting of settings, which is in marriage. To do otherwise would not be respectful to the Giver, nor to the gift. It would be like opening a gift of precious jewels while standing in the mud.
