It really shouldn't matter. In our society the unofficial 'rule' is males should do the pursuing. I'm not a great fan of this since in a way it encourages women to sit by like items in a grocery store waiting anxiously to be picked. The thing is many times we don't like the guys who approach us first and are placed in a pickle when deciding how to let them go.
I think women should be a tad more assertive when it comes to dating and the opposite sex :). It makes little sense sitting pretty waiting for the "it" guy to come along. If we see something we want, we should go for it! Besides, many of the nice guys are having long, silent battles over who they should woo, when/how/if they should approach us to make the actual move! We may get old and gray with all that waiting!
No sex should limit themselves when it comes to dating. If you know what you want and it's there for the taking...go and get it!!
Now if only I'd take my own advice...
:)

Yes, what you said is true, but things are changing now a days. More women are taking the chance of asking out or making the first move when it comes to relationships, today. Back then, it was all about the men making the first move. I don't think it matters as long as the two of them " click ".

Yes MEN Were Hunters and Women were baby machines....But that was thousands of years ago. NOW we should be treated as equals
So men Should ask ladies out if he likes them AND
Women Should ask Blokes out if she like him!!

Everything is changing in this modern world of ours. I don't see why women can't ask a man out.Why does it have to be the man?I read too many questions should I or shouldn't I. If women are comfortable, go for it.

In my experience, nearly all of the girls I dated pretty much chased me.
All the ones I chased came to nothing. Not sure what that says about my technique, but I'm happily married now, so can't have done that badly..

I think you should do what you feel comfortable with. If I really liked someone, I'd ask them for a date. If they refuse, at least you can move on. Life is too short to wait "In case he might ask me!" GO FOR IT!
