I`m in great shape 6`3 200 lbs. I do 40 minutes of high intensity cardio 4-5 times per week, I also do oblique, upper and lower ab exercises 4-5 times per week and I lift weights. I can`t seem to get rid of the extra jiggle around the middle but I`m tight everywhere else...ugh. I eat clean 90% of the time. help.

If you want to ever lose jigglies it's cardio. For weight loss I have my clients come in 4-6 days per week, and 4 is minimum. The reason? It has to be a focus. If I were you I'd go in 5 days a week for cardio period. If your output is more than your input you will lose weight.
How much are you eating? Are you eating at night? Are you eating late? If your main meals are breakfast and lunch, and your dinner is light, no heavy snacking at night, this is good. Whatever you eat during the day will get burned off, it's the night eating that sticks to us and becomes jiggly.
Do you go out to eat alot?
Here's what I would suggest: Bump your cardio up to an hour, yep that's right an hour, at least 2 of the 5 times you'll be going in. (yep that's 5) Push yourself a little more. The extra 20 minutes will make a big dif. Remember your body starts really burning the fat after 20 minutes, this should help quite a bit.
Since your 40 minutes is high intensity, the extra 20 doesn't have to be quite so intense for awhile, break it in easy because it will be harder for you. Hope some of this helps.....

Hi
This simple plan really worked for me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

Good luck
