I find going to the gym and working out a good stress reliever. Or going to a handgun range and blasting the hell out of innocent bits of paper.

First gain some understanding on what is the cause of it. Write it down, keep a journal and do so for a week or two. Begin allow time to relieve it, during the day, a walk in the evening, whatever you can allow.
Excercise goes a long way in producing endorphines that contribute to relaxation. Cutting out t.v. right before bed and alotting plenty of time for sleep is essential.
Stress can take many forms and come from any direction, a pre-planned way to deal with it goes a long way.

Stress, i hear that word so much these days, caused though money problems, work, and just life in general.............relieve stress, meditation, long walks in the sun, gardening if you can, just finding the cause of the stress, and doing something about it, we all have these choices in life, but if you are anything i me, you make some bad ones along the way, that can cause the stress, If something needs fixing , fix it, if it needs changing, change it, just sit down and see what is causing you this stress, and do something about it, good luck god bless

I find the best way to relieve stress is to create a schedule and LIVE BY IT. Do not put anything off until later. That only creates unnecessary stress. Also, get some exercise!!!

I talk to my husband constantly, I don't wait until I am ready to explode, we talk everyday. Then I will take a hot bath, burn candles, then I sit out on the patio listen to the birds, watch the stars and just let things go. I have three bird feeders out side and just watching the birds and animals is really relaxing. Also taking a drive on back roads by your self and listening to the radio. I also like to take a swim in the pool at night (very little noise) it helps me sleep better. Good Luck

I've heard that yoga is good, but it's not my kind of thing. I prefer getting stuck into one of my favourite hobbies which takes my mind off my stress. Also making a list of the things you need to get done and prioritising helps... but remember to take some time out for yourself and don't forget to breathe!! If you haven't got a hobby... get one! They are great.

if you are the athletic type take up something such as kick boxing or karate that really helps or if you are the mellow type take up yoga or just find a nice peaceful corner of the house and meditate use some incense and play a nice cd of nature sounds like a water fall or a bubbling brook and just close your eyes and feel the tension escape.
