To procrastinate is to postpone your main task by finding excuses to fulfil some smaller needs. If you're tidying up your room, wiping your work table, making coffee etc. for hours before actually starting studying, you are a perfect procrastinator. Most of us students are experts in this are, by the way!

it means to think about something make many plans but ultimately not act on them...like revision paying bills,confronting a problem...
