how do i get into a movie? if there are any film makers out there contact me!
i'm a good actress but live in philly... not near hollywood. please help!

You probably won't get into movies right away. Maybe try being an extra on some TV shows before auditioning for something big. You also should take some acting lessons even if you are a good actress that way people will be more likely to hire you.

This question is repeated constantly Dear, you must be a ninny to think film makers troll these sites looking for talent. You need to try out for school plays, join community theater, practice your craft, make the right connection, and so on. I don't care WHERE you live, film makers are not going to come knocking on your door. You need a reality check, kid!

www.seatfillers.com If you're really determined, what happens is you are chosen to attend those famous awards ceremonies (Grammy's, Academy Awards, Golden Globes...) and your job is to just sit there and watch the show! Yes, it's a real job. I believe you need to send in a photo of yourself and some other personal information, but think about all the stars you get to meet...sounds like a good place to start.

oh sweetheart..it takes more than just asking..you can POSSIBLY get discovered just walking around like some lucky individuals..but for a start, move out here to LA..immerse yourself in this "hollywood" scene..from there, try your best at commecial, tv show, movie casting callings even if you were to be just an "extra". its tough but it takes passion.also, for work you get hired for, dont expect to get paid all the time..do some free roles to gain credit..well thats the best to what i can say..also Good Luck!
