I don't like sushi so I wouldn't be good for answering the question.
But if you like it and since it's Friday, I say go for it! That way you don't have to cook at the end of a long week, it'll be your treat to yourselves.

Depending on your income, you should decide if you can afford going out for sushi? and if not, go someplace cheap rather than some place expensive!
