I don't have a problem with that. My bf works about 70 hours a week. He is tired when he gets home and I totally understand him not wanting to do anything or go anywhere. What I do is pamper him and make good uses of the time we do get to share. I have all day - sometimes all night to do what I want so when he comes in it is ALL about my man's needs and wants. It is the least I can do for him.

Yes you work hard and you don't know how to spell and not smart enough to use the check spelling button. Now DORK, your lost 'friend"? Woman? Yea I thought so! That is a common story. So why are you so weak? Do you take your vitamins, eat 3 squares. so what, you cant do just 4 more hours, on your woman that still leaves you 8 to sleep.
I'd like to see you as forest fire fighter. you wimp.
You can't find a 40 hr/wk at the same pay? I don't buy 'TIRE' (tired), You drink. do drugs, and smoke, that's why.
I was 60 when I went work at a door co. where my son was a manager, 3AM to 3PM, back breaking work with a belt sander. Just what do you expect a woman is going to tell you?
You lost your friend because you had no respect for her.

If the mate worked 12 hours daily for 6 to 7 days a week, that would not leave him very much time to spend in socializing with me. Yes. Personally, I would have a problem with a partner who could devote less than one full day a week to sharing in our relationship together. Everyone has times when they do not feel like doing much. However, that should not cause a split between people who care for each other, have similar goals and values and are being fair to themselves (not workaholics) and to others.

The thing that makes women the happiest is knowing that the man we are with loves us and wants to spend time with us. If you are working 12 hour shifts at least 6 days a week, you obviously don't have the time to spend with a woman.

well, my hubby used to work 7 days a week but 8 hrs a day, for about 7 months. He quit cause it took too much of his health. I missed him. He was too tired to do anything with me and his kids, and yes ME!! I needed you know what from him. Now he's more relaxed working 5 days a week. So, I think yeah maybe so.

It depends on who this friend is....my husband is a otr driver, works 20 or more hours a day at times. I give him the greatest respect. When he is ready to do something he will let me know...until then, i pour on the love and respect for him. whatever happened to a good cold beer, a night in front of the tv on the couch, and a good conversation?

Women as well as Men require a ceratin amount of time with "That Special Someone" so yes, it probably did have something to do with it. But, there will be others, that don't require as much attention and understand that you have to work for a living.
