I would ask her out for coffee and tell her that you would like to get to know her better. This way it might be more comfortable then going out for dinner or a movie. It would be a nice relaxing evening getting to know each other and hopefully will end up with her being your gf. Good luck!

Don't be scared be the man in the relationship JUST ASK....cuz' if you don't then she might get tried of waiting and move on. She probably doesn't know you like her more than a friend or she's been waiting for you to ask for sometime now. S.H.I.T what's the worst thing that can happen?? Yeah, you can get rejected but think about it if she says no, then one down and 300 million more girls to go. One of them has to say yes....cheer up...and go for it.

Do it. Just do it. Whats the worse that can happen. You'll get rejected and thats no big deal. I got rejected 3 times before I got to one yes. Muster the courage, if that one dont work out there are a lot of others who will say yes and this you could call it practice. Just practice getting rejected a few times don't fear it. You'll get to yes sooner than later.

tell her u like her alot and u wanna go out sometime, since you think she likes u back...then she will date you. she's probably just as nervous as u are thats why she probably hasn't said anything to u. make the first move...she'll dig it. be honest with her, buy her some flowers or something....or if u know what she likes then get her that. try to ask her in person vs on the phone...girls like eye contact. at least I know I do :-)
