If your Mother's mother was a Jew, you are probably a Jew. You don't have to DO anything.

if your mother is a jew it means you are a jew too, so u have to keep the Torah (bible) laws, look for a synagogue and a rabbi in your area and ask him what exactly u should do... did u have circumcision after u're born? if not u should ask for a rabbi to do it , it's a must of every male jew
