it's friday...the sun is out... you are alive...
sit down and for one minute think of all the things you have to be grateful for (big and small).....you will feel better.
Besides...we all get the why me syndrome....the point of it all is to make you appreciate the good ( you wouldn't appreciate the good nearly as much if you din't have some bad from time to time...)
