Pay off my wife's and my debts and any debts my wife's parents and my parents might have. Invest in a house and make some other financial investments.
But I would use at least 1/4 of the money to help poor family members (cause I have a few) and donate to a worthy cause that I can get involved in as well.

A million dollars isn't what it used to be. I'd only have about $650K left after taxes. That is enough to buy a nice house, take a few vacations and put away a little money for the future -- but not enough to stop working.
Could I have $100 million instead?

Retire, play sports, and travel with my wife. I would also pay for people to go to college.
