Maybe and organic cereal. Not specail k the have a lot of high fructose corn syrup in them.

When I was on Weight Watchers - I could eat Rice Krispies. The cool thing is - you get a whole bunch more than you do with denser cereals. Eat with skim milk and cut up some fruit and it is wonderful.

Also - Scottish oatmeal is wonderful - use Splenda or Brown sugar Splenda - super!!

I would say in choosing a breakfast cereal look at fiber content as well as calories. I like raisin bran myself.

Kashi cereals are yummy and good for you too. I really like the hearts and o's they taste better than honey nut cheerios
