If i dont eat for a whole day do i lose wieght?I really try not to eat.

well if you start skipping meals . Your metabolism slows down because your body doesnt know when its next meal is going to be . So that means you dont break down food as fast and its possible to start gaining weight. If you want to lose weight eat more times a day but in smaller portions and excersise.

You loose weight because your metabolism is burning more than you're putting in. When you stop eating your metabolism slows. You have to eat, especially breakfast.

Nope because your body will be tricked into going into "starvation mode" and start storing fat for survival. Then, when you get your hands on food you'll gorge and eat gluttonously.

no, your metabolism actually slows down when you dont eat. It is best to eat small but frequent meals so your metabolism gets quicker.

yes, but when you start eating again, you gain more than you had before, because your body does not get food, whenever it does, it stores a lot of it as fat.

You can do that, but you must stay hydrated with water...Chances are you may not lose any weight the first day...

don't just stop eating you are going to mess up your body, just try to us portion control and don't drink anything with calories , just a little step that helps alot

No, you need nourishment to keep your body going. Your body will react to you starving yourself by helping itself.
