That Israelis were living in the Land of canon since the beginning of time. They say that once a Muslim owns land, it will always be Muslim land.

Well, sorry to break it to ya buddy, but the Muslim religion was 'made up' in 600 'AD' After christ. It was the Israelis who had their land taken away from them constantly from invading forces such as the Crusaders, Romans, Muslims.

Now since Israel created the movement 'Zionism' and claimed what was theirs since the beginning, you call it occupation? Muslims are the one's who are the occupying force, not Israelis. Then, when you look at dying Palestinians, you blame Israelis. I think the blame should be soley on the Palestinians themselves. They grow up with no education, hearing stories about how its their land..etc and sending their children to throw rocks at soldiers and cry when their killed. Uhhh shouldnt your children be inside? Learn that not all the world feels sorry for you. I know history, the real history of the land!

You're making a point...but you're also missing one. Palestine's been there a very long time, and Jews came and went...having largely been wandering tribes. They rarely settled in any specific place for a long time. While there have always been Jews there, there have also always been Palestinians there...by default.

The gripe is not whether Israel should exist, but about their treatment of a de-nationalized people, the Palestinians. There are those of us who feel that a people who survived the holocaust should be more compassionate and understanding of the Palestinian plight. Israel is not behaving any better than their foes. In many ways, they've become arrogant...and unforgivingly cruel. They have power now, and rush too quickly to weild it. They shun diplomacy as much as the fundamentalists do.

Their current path is inviting WWIII...and it appears the U.S. is steering things in that direction, too. We are instigating the entire Middle East....KNOWINGLY, if not intentionally. This INCITES terrorism...it does not protect us from it.

What you're saying is certainly nothing new....it's just more of the same old "same old" that continues to instigate ongoing confrontations. It's clear that EVERYONE involved is demanding what they perceive as their entitlement...as they always have...and things will continue just this way as long as everyone keeps acting that way.

And you forgot to mention that when the arabs and the Jews first had trouble when the Jews started coming to Israel, the Jews told the Arabs to stay on their farms because the Jews thought they could peacefully co-exist. The Arab leaders, who at the time were being advised by some old SS troops that had escaped the Allied troops told them to abandon their homes because they thought it would look bad for the Jews, having "run off" the arabs. That is why there is a country full of refugees called Palestine. Arabs from all over poured in to make it seem as if the Jews had displaced all those "poor" Arabs. The Arab countries are some of the richest in the world, and have the most open space of any countries in the world, but they will not help the Palestinians, because they want the world to blame the Jews for Palestine.

I am no expert on ancient history, religious mythology etc, below a common sense site detailing the fairly recent history. The argument that it was Jewish land hundreds or thousands of years ago is of as much practical use as the argument that N. America belonged the the Indians 300 years ago.
As you know the British Empire was flat on it's back by the end of WW2, Palestine (and a lot of other UK territory) was given up to make way for the new State of Israel in the midst of a sea of Arab hatred towards them. It was a v. silly place to rebuild as evidenced since. This was explained to the powers that be at the White House by the British at great length at the time and studiously ignored. One of my previous (rhetorical) questions was why didn't/doesn't America offer Israel a state w/in US borders (withdrawing military support if not accepted)? There's plenty of room, if you can cope w. the Amish and Mormons it could be the best long term investment you ever make, but it would involve serious negotiation rather than a war that could lead anywhere and permanently propping up an unsustainable position.

well my answer to you is they really deserve one another and u cant make judgements about such a thing if u dont know the complete history yeps it was once the land of jews and no one can say it wasnt but that doesnt validate ppl gettin killed over it.... and from where i see it well back when israelli's were allover europe all europe turned against them cause they were screwin everyone over and when they found that theyre no longer welcomed in europe they once more returned to their so called land.... thing is its not the matter who's wrong nor who's right and believe me no religion and no believers in GOD no matter what religion they follow can say that brutality and cold blood murders are acceptable.... but yet again im sayin well the whole world is a mess its not only this thats gonna solve all issues that run till this very day .....its human nature and u really cant change that....ppl keep believin what the media feeds them even if they dont know a thing about culture or even religion.... u have a right to make an opinion when u know all details about the religion ... so try to read more about islam and real muslim and stop lookin at just bad examples shown by media

muslims - being muslim makes ya believe in all GOD sent messengers so if ur muslim u do believe in christianity and even jew..... thing is islam wasnt established all the sudden its the descendens of all those religions and there's lotsa common things in all

According to your logic, the land belonged to the Jews from 1300 BC until 70 AD.. From 70 AD to 1948 the land was called Palestine. The Zionist movement started in Europe and the United Nations gave them the land... So who owns the land?

You failed to notice that the Palestinians were living there before Joshua and Moses. You failed to notice that the Palestinians were living there much longer than the Jews..

Yes, Israel has the right to control their land but that is not the reasong why. Muslims as well as Arab Christians are upset because Israelis are killing Palestinians MEN, WOMEN, CHILDREN, ELDERY, and SICK. I accept Israel as a state but as long as it does not kill Arabs and Muslims then later on the Middle East will co-exist peacefull. Also, Israel wants to conquer land from the Nile to the Euphrates. They will call this "ERETZ ISRAEL" or "GREATER ISRAEL". I wonder, Muslims are fighting Israel for that reason. Muslims have been evicted, killed, and raped from Israelis, You think Muslims and Arabs are going to sit there and say "Oh, Its Israeli Land". NO they are going to fight back for their rights. Israel is terrorizing Palestine and now its time to stop Israel from this action!!!

EXCUSE ME!........Palestine was there in 1948.....but brits put the Jews in Palestine. Just because it was Jews land 1000 years ago or 300 years ago doesnt mean its theirs now too. IF this is the case than America should belong to Native Americans, they were here before you were!....they shoudl be ruling!.....ISRAEL invades everyone land!..im not sayin jews are bad...not at all.......but ISRAEL GOV IS THE WORST!

Historically you have it pretty much spot on but don't you think that if all "new" religions gave up their beliefs and came round to the belief that their "one true god" is just a murdering S.O.B and went back to the old ways then the world would be a better place? You must remember however you gotta look back at History. I do agree Jews lived in the land before them, but Ishmael was the seed of Islam. He started to live in surronding areas. So it just didn't happen it was there land in 600... it go's way further back.
