The vitamin D in the milk has nothing to do with how fattening it is. Whole milk has more fat content and so has more calories per cup and is more fattening.

All milk has vitamin D. Homo milk is the most fattening kind of milk and has nothing to do with the vitamin D in it.

Whole milk is the most fattening. Vitamin D has nothing to do with fattiness. Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium, which is why it is incorporated into all the caclium supplements.

Yes, usually whole milk is just referred to as 'Vitamin D Milk', even though other milks (skim, 1%, 2%) have vitamin D also. I think they use the name 'Vitamin D Milk' because it sounds more appealing than 'Whole Milk'.

no, vitamin D is added to milk bc the body needs it to be able to use properly the calcium in the milk. the red one (whole milk) has the most fat. if you drink milk over 2% its the same as drinking whole milk, if you want a healthy milk go skim the taste isnt that different.

Vitamin D is in both 1% thru "whole" milk. The whole milk contains the most fat.
If you are trying to gain weight, how about real ice cream.. yummy!

The vitamin addition has nothing to do with the caloric content of milk. You want to drink whole milk, which (having more butterfat) has more calories.
