Make sure you have the latest drivers for your video card. Go to the web site of the video card manufacturer, if there's a newer driver you can download and install it.

It doesn't work on my machine either and I have XP Home with a fast 64-bit AMD chip, oodles of RAM and a whoop-tushie video card. I crap on Google Earth...

well, no i didn't have that happen, but it is because you don't have enoght memory on your computer, also a faster processor(or not so many thing running at once) would help.

do you meet the requirements to run it. It takes alot of Ram to run this, and if you have alot of other programs running in the background it will freeze your computer up..

JUST OPEN ONE PROGRAM AND GO TO GOOGLE AND LOOK AT THE EARTH DON'T HAVE ANY PROGRAMS OPENED. THAT MADE MINE CRASH A FEW DAYS AGO.

Delete it from your programs(settings) and re-install it. scan your system for spyware
