Can you pro-illegals please give me information from a reliable source ? " and I don't mean La Raza websights or AZTLAN news either

1. That the economy will collapse without hiring illegals.

2. That illegals do pay taxes.

3. That illegals do not tak advantage education and healthcare

4. Illegals only do jobs that American won't do.

Mendi8a - I can respect that answer to a point, honestly, I have looked in the past for any thing that said other wise, and I have not seen it, other then some one making claim to it. I have been on aztlan news before, which is weird.. I found it hysterical, but at the same time sad, because there are people that belive that shlt.

I can get proof that illegal immigrants pay taxes, but I cannot show you or I risk causing problems for the illegal in question or his employer. As for the statistics, I dont know where to get those other than those websites. It is hard to prove something doesnt happen. What do you suggest that we get, I need an example.

In fact, those points can't be DISPROVEN either.

Our economy depends heavily on illegals.
Illegals may or may not pay income taxes (it's individual)
Illegals DO cost some hospitals... but only for ER treatment.
Illegals may or may not do jobs Americans won't do.

I mean, a lot of teenagers may make a career out of picking fruit and flipping burgers, but I think I'd rather stick to my office job in an air-conditioned building, with a company-supplied highback leather chair, where I'm only there about 8.5 hours a day (a little more near deadlines, when necessary) and where it pays me a yearly salary of about $47,000 after the taxes roll in.

I mean, I like people, and I like burgers..... but I don't think I'd like trying to live on minimum wage..... or less... not like the illegals do.

But then again, I guess that's why I went to college and didn't go "have an experience" after high school. That's why I didn't go shack up with like, 5 other people for ten years until my buddy could get me a job working for something construction or service related..... or continue to live like that until I got someone pregnant.

Sound like some of you? Some of your parents? Someone you know? Of course it does. That's how us Americans do it!

Number 1 I have not ever said so I have no intention of defending that. I can say though here I have seen people begging for empoyees (we have a large amount of people on welfare here) and have seen the employer forced to hire the illegal because no one would apply. That's here I realize maybe not everywhere.


Iknow (again this is personally) many who are afraid of trying to use the er for medical they pay cash at the clinics.

The education thing just confuses me What about the millions of people who live in apartments ,public housing,rental houses etc. That do not pay taxes for the schools?

Misconception: Illegal immigrants do not pay taxes, therefore stealing money from the government and taxpayers of America when they claim for benefits paid for by taxes. Also, the avoidance of tax itself is a crime.

Fact: Illegal immigrants DO in fact pay taxes because even though it is not direct, when they work, a percentage of their check gets deducted and put into the government. This happens to everyone in the United States. Including illegal immigrants. Also, when they go to the store and buy things, there is an additional tax added to the price of each item as is done to all Americans. Therefore, illegal immigrants do pay taxes.

For most, it's not an economic, tax-base, education or healthcare issue - it's about what America stands for.

Still, I don't disagree with you. If you are not present in a country - any country - legally, then you have to expect consequences ... like returning to your home.

My brother worked his butt off to get into the States - and by working, I mean education, getting all the required paperwork, and, yes, waiting. It's not fair for anyone to jump the queue.

2. Uh, sales tax is a tax and yes they do pay it.

3. Less illegals take advantage of out social services than your trailer trash neighbors. Most are scared to use them in fear they will be deported.

4. If you don't have a GED or a high school diploma your already in trouble, but you might lose your job to an illegal picking strawberries.

Better yet, show us that all of you say it wont happen,
with reliable sources, but I've never seen white
people line up for a job on the fields, and the government
is not doing much because they know is true.
Why do you think that they are looking for a program
to have guest workers?, your veggies will go up, the gas will go up(more), but you have to have a brain the size of a peanut to
not realized it, do you want to do their job?, or do your friends
want to work in the fields?, I think not, it's sad but it all comes to
one word: racism, if you want to get them out go head get all of your buddy's an line up to work in the fields, or cleaning toilets,
or in a kitchen, better yet get all of the homeless and give them those jobs, they wont do it.
like it or not the US needs the cheap labor in order to grow,

1. US employers love illegals because we double and triple their profits.
2.66% of all illegals do pay taxes. Everyone on expired work visa has a valid SSN for life. That's how I pay my taxes(and get NOTHING back!)
3.What education or healthcare?!? If you don't have a govmt issued ID you cannot enrol at any university and can't apply for any type of financial support
4. Who picks and packs your fruit , buses your restaurant tables, cooks and cleans for you? Every restaurant has Mexicans help. Wonder why? Cause they work their as$es off, don't want any benefits or high salary.
The whole problem is purely judiciary and caused by greedy employers, who prefer slave high quality labor for low pay.
If you don't let people in legally, they 'll find a way to come in when there are emplyers who'll hire them.
