I enjoy squeezing a fresh orange wedge and then shake with ice and strain. Very tasty, but not too sweet.

I would just put the fruit in the bottom of a large jar or container and muddle it a bit (smush it around) then pour the vodka over it, refrigerate it for a few days and then strain the fruit out. Keep it in the fridge afterwards though, I'd be worried about the fruit juices spoiling even though it's in the vodka.
I just thought of something cool- if you're going to use a citrus fruit you could make very thin circular slices and slide them in the empty bottle when you're ready to strain the other fruit out. Maybe you did a citrus blend with some other fruits, so you could arrange the thin slices of orange, lemon, and lime, even blood orange if you can get it slide them into the empty bottles by rolling them up, then shake them into place so you have a nice stack inside. Then pour your vodka back over these and you have a really cool looking bottle of vodka.

put fruit in the bottle like lemons, limes or oranges and put it in the fridge a month or so to let it infuse the vodka w/ flavor

They have rum at the package store that is "infused" and the pineapple rum has a big piece of pineapple in the bottle, etc. If you cannot find info on the web, ask the nice folks at the packy.

depends on how big is your glass.
in a rock's glass, you use 1 oz of vodka, then fill up the glass with juice.
