Hey acdcfan_28,
The only way of finding out how she feels about you is to ask her. But, she needs to know that you exist first. Go up to her and say hello introduce yourself. I don't know how old you are, but I imagine that you're pretty young.
Usually what you do is notice something about her that you can talk about. Is she wearing some jewelry that looks interesting? Ask her about it. Compliment her on something. Don't comment on her body, OK? That will put walls up. Most girls love compliments and love to talk about themselves.
If you talk to her, you may find that she's just as nervous about meeting people as you are. Everyone is in the same boat about making the first move. You got to do it, though. Good luck.

The best way is to grab those gahoonas of yers and ask her out on a date....don't be scared, chicks dig confadence or however that's spelled
