I have become depressed about it ,not depressed where I need medicine or anything ,and I just wanted to ask where do you turn when depression comes your way.I am making myself sick over it

What I would try to do:
1 Talk with my best and trustable friend.
2. Take a walk
3. Sleep
4. Do nothing and let it go.

Well I think some of the wisest words I ever heard was when this doctor said (on a tape I was doing) "the problem with people who are depressed is that they are with the wrong F**king partner....get out of the relationship and your depression will go away."

If your surroundings are what is causing your depression...get out of it! Plain and simple...problem is most people won't do it...for many reasons...and so you may just choose to lie on the bed you made but know that you'll never rid yourself of that sadness...you can put it on a shelf and work around it...but no magic pill or anything will cure something that you can fix but choose not to.

Depression affects people differently. Look at your situation at what is depressing you, think it out and you can overcome it. Once depression starts to hit you more often, then there is good medication that wil help. I was depressed for years, I had good days and bad days. Now through meds I have alot more good days than bad.

Find other activities to occupy your mind! Hang out with friends! Maybe even share your problem with them and see if they offer you any solutions! If this does'nt work see a professional counselor for guidance!

i would talk to a best friend,cry and take the pressure out of me and plan to travel anywhere even for 3 days,anywhere countryside or beach!with someone u like to hang out with and don't ever talk on the holiday on what bothers you just enjoy ..
