The diets I usually find are ones for people that don't excerise that much, except for the 30 minute cardio. I'm looking for a diet that will help me lose fat but not lose needed energy for intense strength training and cardio. (And I'm currently 15, Male, 150 pounds, 5'6) Any suggestions (Preferably a plan/program)?

Web MD Diet and Nutrition Sources is a great web site for eating healthy. These foods are great. Remember when you're working out alot to eat your carbs. 55-65% of your diet should be from these, plus eating protein daily and some fruits and veggies. It really isn't that hard. Eating a sensible breakfast, lunch and dinner is important for you. It's hard to say all the things I need to here, but this site will help you. Don't fall prey to all the shakes, pills, and body building junk out there, keep your head, stay off the junk food and you'll be fine.

If you are doing strength training then you want a high protien but low fat diet. I would recommend checking out Michel Montignac. Just do a google search. He wrote a good book called Eating yourself slim. It is high protien lowfat. Just read and see if it fit you.

Body for life also is a good Cardio/strength training program. I still use his strength training because it is so good.
