What teen pageants in Virginia have the potential to take me to nationals? That are nationally credited? and less than 500 dollars? if you can answer this and i enter, you could say that YOU helped the next miss teen Virginia or something

Miss Viginia Teen USA is the most popular for sure and you will be respected. Less than 500? good luck with that. average cost is 4000 so you maybe able to. but keep in mind what all you will have to be paying for! The cost of dress,other attire, photo shoots, travel, hotel, food, entry fees and beyond. Good luck!

Since you're in Virginia, why not do some searching online yourself? That way, you'll know more about the pageants and can make a better choice.

Any national pageant that you're considering will cost several thousand dollars by the time you pay for travel, lodging, food, the dress, optional category outfits, hair & make-up, tanning, shoes, accessories, photography, having your portfolio shots and headshots retouched, and whatever else I've forgotton. My daughter is three and for a pre-lim pageant she had to wear a $500 dress just to be competitive, and touch-ups on her headshot cost over $100! (She is now retired - halleluiah!)
The only option for most people is to find a corporate sponsor, but that normally only happens for girls whose dads own a business.

I say you get a job at hooters and join the Miss Hooters pageant, let them pay for it.

I agree with the Hooters thing. They are great with their employees and it's an all expenses paid event if you make it to Ms. Hooters!
