I love all of those instruments and they all sound so different. I think i would have to choose the piano because it can easily pull off classical and jazz at the same time. With a piano you can play all sorts of styles and rhythms. Piano.

I enjoy the following in the order given:

Guitar (naturally), violin, piano, and saxophone. But try a clarinet and a soft rhythm guitar and you have magic, such as in the song titled, "Petite Fleur." This was a song from the late 1950s with the clarinet playing the lead melody and the guitar--a steel-string--playing chord backup.

Ouch, oh stop the pain. Another hard question, and a good one at that. Although I like just about any instrument, I'd have to go with the guitar. My father has played one over the last 50 years, so it makes it the most common one heard around our house. And he's pretty darn good. I get jelous knowing that i'll never be that good, at least not for another 50 years. Peace, Love, and stay Groovy!

Id always go with the violin. The range of emotions it can bring out is just amazing... the best instrument to play a meloncholy music.. on the other hand, pieces like the spring concerto (allegro) sound the happiest on the violin...

The piano because the harmony and melody can be played simultaneously without the need for instrumental accompaniment. The piano alone can handle a piece with several voices, including the soprano, alto, tenor, and bass. Therefore, it is suitable for monophonic, polyphonic, and homophonic pieces.

i would like to hear a clarinet most, but violin is right up there because it is such a lyrical instrument. It mimicks the way the human voice phrases and can express emotions better than most instruments
