a 70,000 sports car isn't? I mean a 53 year old man driving around in corvette looks ridicuous. If he was in good shape, he might get away with it but I knew a guy who had bad legs and he had a little trouble walking and well it just looked silly. He could have used that money to buy a more sensible car and had enough left to get me one so I didn't have to walk everywhere. He was always trying to impress me with that car and well I just wasn't impressed.

in response to the guy who said the 20 dollar purse would work just as well, that is true but then again so would a 10K car and maybe he would risk driving it on the freeway instead of keeping it in the garage all the time and taking it out only a few times a week.

its not at all ridiculous girl especially if u can afford it and it doesnt set u back. i have a purse that costs 1300 made buy prada so its not ridiculous

the 53 year old has worked a very long time for that....and maybe it was his dream for many years to own one.....a 700 dollar purse is extravagant, because a 20 dollar purse would work as good......if you really want a 700 dollar purse....work 35 years, and if you still do....then get one
