Eat 5 small meals instead of 3 large ones to keep your metabolism high. Drink lots of water, watch your calorie intake and dont exceed 1800 a day. Do some brisk walking for 30 minutes a day, and do some light weight training for your upper body, more muscle increases ur metabolism as well.

jog for 45 minutes 3 times a week. Walk 4 times a week for 30 minutes. Eat whatever you want....BUT eat off of a small plate, dont pile food on the small plate, eat 3/4 to 1/2 of whats on the plate.
