It is going the two way now-a-days. yet once you're somewhat fascinated in a woman, instruct her by using asking her out. After the action picture "he's basically no longer that into You", various women have lost the braveness to ask. Lame yet actual!

It depends on who is attracted to who. But i will never ask a guy out cause i don't want the guy thinking that i was the one who begged him to see me if u know what I'm saying.

quite personally i prefer to be asked by a guy. there is nothing wrong for a girl to, but I am just too shy to ask a guy.
