you would have a better chance of NOT ruining your liver? Say you really did not drink until your 40's. And your life expectancy is 80. And you are a social drinker? What do you think? Do you think drinking promotes liver cancer??

As long as you are a social drinker, you more than likely won't ruin your liver whatever age you start drinking. The only time you really have to worry about liver damage is when you drink excessively and the liver doesn't have the ability to process the alcohol quick enough.

Drink more coffee. New study shows dramtic reducing in liver disease if you drink coffee. coffee in the AM and booze it up in the PM.
