definately continue while camping. like the other answer said bring a portable potty with you. if he is using the regular potty now switch him to a portable one at home before you leave so the difference wont be so severe. if you stop while camping you are going to be starting over when you get home. i gave my son an incentive when i was teaching him. he loved his bed time stories so i promised to read him a story everytime he went on the potty. at one point i was reading 5 or 6 stories a day but it really helped him to stay committed and not get lazy about it. good luck and have fun on your trip!!!
DO NOT let him pee outside. At the age of 3 my son was already potty trained when we went to the mountains. there was no bathroom so obviously we let him pee outside. it took me a month to get him to stop. we would be outside in the backyard playing and i would turn my back for a second and he would whip it out and pee. habits like that are hard to break.

Take your potty chair with you so he can continue to get him comfortable with it. Honestly my son had more fun camping and not having to use a toilet :) he could see how far he could shoot lol. I guess even if you had to start over and retrain him your family time camping was probley worth it. Good luck :)

i'm potty education my 27 month previous daughter on the 2nd. I easily have stumbled on that letting her circulate bottomless works so lots extra useful than putting underclothes and pants on her. She hasn't had injuries whilst she is going bottomless yet as quickly as I placed underclothes and pants or perhaps basically underclothes on her she has injuries. i'm getting the sensation that once she had underclothes on she thinks they are nappies(until it runs down her leg and he or she is horrified, lol) i might strongly propose letting your son circulate bottomless. As for the potty interior the main residing section. i attempted this additionally and it did no longer artwork for us. She seen it as a toy no longer a potty. might placed her toys on it and walk around with it. So back into the laundry it went. and that i'm chuffed to declare that she now makes use of it back. ideas you we've in elementary terms been potty education for the reason that final Friday. definite, FRIDAY. i became surprised at how rapidly she has picked it up. sturdy luck i'm hoping I helped.

We loved the song
I"m a BIG BOY NOW The contractors even sang it to him when they saw how hard he tried to be one of them.

Put him in nappies at night, and let him 'water the trees' during the day. Buy a portable potty with potty liners, tomy tipee do a good one.
