Im afraid of gaining weight since I cant move around much.How can I prevent this without having to move much.Besides good diet ? Also, does anyone know any cool websites to go on to pass the time ?

maybe swimming would work . . .you could move but your ankle would be supported by the water

I badly sprained my ankle about 3 weeks ago. I was in a hurry going down the stairs, lost my balance and landed on a bad side of my left foot, causing my left ankle to be stretched going on the inside. The first 48 hours were excruciating and the pain was un-believable. I've never had a serious ankle injury before.

So I immediately treated it using the RICE method. The following day, the bruising and swelling were so horrible. I found out that I got a second degree sprain and immediately panicked after that. I had a football game on that week and it been looking forward to it because I've been training for rt. I had teammates that had similar injuries and it took them months to fully recover, some of them stopped playing altogether. So I kinda had a short-term depression because I can't imagine myself not being able to run and play sports anymore.

Because I was so desperate to recover again, I contacted a lot of people that I know who do sports and asked them if they had similar injuries. One friend of mine, from the boy's football team in my university, told me about H.E.M. Ankle Rehab. I got a copy 4 days after I got injured. I immediately read and followed what was instructed and felt improvement on the first day. I was able to walk a bit, but I was in pain.

A couple of days after that, the swelling and bruising were subsid-ing significantly and on the fourth day, I was walking comfortably again. Although I've had felt a bit of stiffness, I continued doing what was instructed. My sister was surprised that I have recovered this fast. I told her about this book and was shocked on how effective the procedures were. I'm just so happy that this book was shared to me and how effective it is.

not troublesome in any respect yet whats the adaptation see you later as you 2 are mutually on your anniversary . If she or he brings you a unmarried flower that must be ok for both of you . Why is it human beings imagine love is intense priced or has a cost ticket on it ? and also you recognize i recognize adult men that purchase there better halves each thing in no way fail to notice an anniversary yet have mistresses . good love is loose undesirable love will cost you an arm and leg

I'm in the same boat, so I'm watching the answers.
My trainer recommended going in for an upper body workout. This way I am still working out-although it's not cardio it's something and I won't get out of the habit.
And diet. Eat carrot sticks and drink lots of water.

do leg lifts,being careful to use your hamstring muscle to lift the injured ankle.set ups for your stomach,and lift 7lb dumbbells for your arms if you don't have those fill a milk jug half way to all the way full of water.use one for one arm at a time,or, two for each arm at the same time.I know hwo you feel the same thing happened to me,these are the things i did plus watch what i ate.watch the carbs too sweety.Good luck to you,hope your better soon.

Maybe if you are in a wheelchair you turn the wheels yourself with your hands for about two or three miles a day. It maybe a good workout and cause you to sweat.

u can do crunches, you can get some little weights and work yer arms out, you can get in a pool, right? swim a little. just be as active as you CAN be under the circumstances and thatn ought to keep the beefy appearance.

just keep yourself busy.. as long as you re doing something.. then you wont be eating.

you pick an interest you normally would think about.. and learn a new trait.. or hobby !

HAVE A LOT OF SEX. Learn to put your legs far behind your ears. Hell I could get you started.
