Steak with chips and peppercorn sauce- either nicely home cooked from the local farm shop or out at the local foodie-pub, depending on how hardworking and homely I feel.

I've already had it. Wholewheat pasta with salmon and monk fish in a creamy sauce, flavoured with tarragon. With white wine. Followed by an apple. Very nice.

A casserole made with chicken breast chunks, egg noodles, and a sauce made of shitake mushroom sauce with cottage cheese, celery, and onions. Simple salad with home-grown tomato chunks. (can you tell I am eating "out of the pantry tonight"?)

Probably one of those $1.00 TV dinner's. And Tapioca (home made). I live off Tapioca.
