check your firewall... alternatively if you have several accounts on same PC (other users) then this will show up and ignore it.

What firewall are you using ? use Zonealarm it will inform you if any program is trying to connect to the Internet.

It is possible for someone on the net to be log on to you if your using a poor firewall or you have a Trojan on your computer.

To check if you have a Trojan; run counterspy free trail program.

You might have some shareware that other people are downloading. Check your firewall, if that's alright take no notice and sign off as usual
