when you get all stressed out, you body depletes itself of b-vitamins, so yes...taking b vitamin complex will help greatly. as far as mixing xanies with beer...thats the worst thing you can do to your liver. this will also cause you to have more anxiety. an unhealthy liver cuases depression...so stop mixin alcohol and pills.

If you drink alot of any alcoholic beverage it has the effect of depleting levels of vitamin B. In study's, low levels of vitamin B have been shown to effect mood in a negative way, so a supplement should certainly be worth a try. As for mixing beer with xanax, the most likely effect will be drowsiness and tiredness. Careful with the Xanax, it can be highly addictive

Yeah, Bs are usually in "stress" complex vitamins. You might try good quality Fish Oils (that come in the refridgerator section. Research shows it impacts brain function.

Yes, I take B complex, and it does help with stress. Another vitiman that is helpful is Magnesium citrate.

I don't think taking b vitamins would HURT anything, so it's probably worth a try. It's also a pretty inexpensive thing to try...go for it.
