There is NOTHING that can help you grow taller, aside from very painful, very expensive and very time consuming bone lengthening by a doctor (which is generally only done for people with dwarfism). Its all about genetics. Diet and exercise won't do a damn thing. Human Growth Hormone will not do squat. Don't waste your money.

Deal with what you've been given. I'm a 6'0 woman and I'd love to be shorter, but guess what? I can't change my height and neither can you. Sorry if it sounds harsh, but those are the facts hon.

There is no specific sport or vitamins to make you grow, that is like asking God for a miracle. If the members of your family are short; by genetics that's the way you are going to be also. I think is a little late to try to play a sport to stretch out a little. Most of the people that are tall descendants of short people is because they played a lot of jumping sports since they where infants. Believe me, your muscles can get big, you can manage your metabolism or anything else but around your age your bones already have stopped growing.

You're at an age where you can still do some growing if you genes will allow it. If I were you I would talk to a nutritionist about it. They can put you on the right track as far as getting enough nutrients and calories to facilitate growth- all from your daily diet. The appointment with a nutrition specialist will be cheaper in the long run than supplements for the next two-three years.

As far as I know there is nothing that will help you grow taller. Height is in genes and last time I checked, walmart doesn't sell height genes in a bottle..lol
5' 6 isn't bad. at least you aren't 5 ft nothing right. Cheer up.

You can't grow taller by just doing random things. Scientests haven't** even discovered a way to become taller... why do you think midgets still exist?

Try some sort of vitamin, at the vitamin store. They have a much better selection, and for something specific like you're looking for, the price increase will be worth it. HGH?...
