I'm making eclairs and i have the recipe totally down. The problem is...

how do i fill the wretched things? Any ideas? Greatly appreciated if so!

With a pastry bag. Put the filling in the bag and pipe it into the eclairs.

pastry bg with the long tube tip if you dont have one place the creme into a placti bag with a large mcdonalds straw taped into the end then insert the straw into the pastry and squeeze down the filling till plump good luck ps resturant supply stores in the yellow pages have plastic bag type and tips for sell in any size and price range

I am a Pampered Chef consultant, and we've got a great tool called the Easy Accent Decorator. It's usually used for decorating cakes, deviled eggs, etc., but you can use it to fill pastries also. Hope this helps!

If you made your eclairs properly they will be hollow , You can either make a hole in the bottom and pipe in your pastry cream or you can make a hole on one end and pipe it in, Dip in chocolate to cover the scar

Tish has got it spot on. If you haven't got an icing bag roll a piece of greaseproof paper into a cone,snip the end off and it makes the perfect icing bag.

slightly pierce the underside and place a long, thin(ish) piping nozzle into the hole. Pipe in the pastry cream until nearly full.

get a pastry bag and fill it up them put the point in one end a squeeze

i just cut it and fill with a spoon, it looks very good
