RE:
What is a good drink to make with Patron Tequilla?

2015-08-18 16:32:48 · answer #3 · answered by Anonymous · 0 0

I'm not crazy about the patron silver- but the gold is pretty good. Not the worlds finest- but way better than, let's say, Jose Cuervo (the Miller of tequilla).

but- as with any good tequilla- putting it in a margarita is a waste. The only way to drink the good stuff of any kind is straight (chilled) or on the rocks. Sip and enjoy.

My blender broke last week- which might have something to do with my response.

OH. MY. GOD. Didn't anyone teach you better? Patron is a sipping/shot tequilla. You do NOT mix it with ANYTHING!!! It's like marinating a hunk of pure Angus 20/lb NY Strip with a frickin Tequiza as if it were a common flank steak! it's just not what you do!!

The HIGHEST end Tequilla you mix with is Jose. As stated earlier, it is the 'Miller' of Tequilla.

Also, Never ever ever ever ever ever drink plastic bottle tequilla. That will hurt VERY badly in the morning. Pepe Lopez is the DEVIL!!!!!

If your using a more higher end Tequila like Patron or Cabo Wabo you shouldn't drink it with anything.

It's kind of like taking a $50 bottle of red wine and making sangria. You wouldn't do that.

Use your mixed drinks for the lower end tequila's like Sauza or Jose Cuervo and drink the Patron straight.

I actually went to a taste testing of tequila and Cabo Wabo won. Patron was thought to have a very slight bitter after taste. Patron is kind of the "in" Tequila right now though. I hope this helps.

Make Over 200 Juicy, Mouth-Watering Paleo Recipes You've NEVER Seen or Tasted Before?

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU53E

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Patron is best straight, but for an awesome mixed drink do a top shelf margarita....Patron, Quervo margarita mix & a liberal dose of Grand Marnier on the top......Mmmmmm, going to the blender now since you gave me the idea!!

Patron is so smooth, it's really best as shots. But if you must make a drink out of it, go with your basic shaken margarita. :)
