my boyfriend and i have been living together for 1 month. he doesn't like that fact that i want to go out with my friends. we talked last weekend and we agreed that this week, i could hang out with some friends. all week he hasn't said anything, so today i said today friday, yeah.. and he said what u going to do be a hoe and hang with sluts. should i curse him and go out anyway or stay home and be respectful. haven't been to a club since january 1 2006.

Why move in with someone if you ganna be out with the girls. I mean, it's cool but I think that if you have made a commitment to live with your love then you have to take his feelings into account. That is if you love him and respect him. Plus, going clubbing is cool if your like 21 but if your of age then there really isn't nothing productive about it. Also, being in a relationship is about respect you know for sure that men only go to check us women out. And even though, you might just go to hang out with girls and catch a drink. Still, would like it if he went to the club no matter how long its been, I think you wouldn't like him to go alone.

I agree, lose the shades. You should find a new boyfriend. You're too young to be in a relationship w/a guy who is so insecure that he feels the need to control you. Anyone w/type of behavior has serious self esteem and insecurity issues so they hide behind control and manipulative types of behavior. Your 360 page says that one of your interests is clubbing....and you haven't been since January? Girl, cut your self some slack and head with your friends tonight. Lose the manipulative controlling crazy boyfriend.

My ex has exaclty like that and it got to a point where I resented him for everything he put me through. Your bf must be very insecure about himself! If you don't have the freedom to hang out with your friends then it is not worth it because at the end your true friends are always going to be there for you. Believe me it only gets worse from here, so I would get out of the relationship as fast as you can or it will get even harder and harder to break it off with him. Nobody deserves to be emotionally abused like that!

If your going out purely to hang with friends at the club, the f*ck him...You are entitled to your friends and a life outside of him and if you allow this guy to control you because he is insecure about himself and/or your relationship, then you are going to continue enduring that type of bs whenever you want to do something that excludes him...If he cant accept that then I think you better get out of that relationship before its too late...I mean you are even taking his feelings into consideration with the situation, perhaps its about time that he did the same for you...

Hello he's a Pakistani.We are hos and sluts in their eyes.Are you a child that must discuss whether or not you should have the privilage of spending time with your friends.Really its obvious you have no clue about this mans culture.You should really look into this mans country and learn the roll of their women.

I'm sorry, but my experience with couples suggest that without a firm commitment, these relationships are doomed. then after wards, scares - negative feelings are firmly implanted - and the girl ends up being viewed negatively....
waiting for a committed relationship, or seeking this for your current one, is the best route.
don't allow yourself to continued to be viewed as a "hoe". guys believe this if the lady is not in committed relationships, as defined in a marriage.
