When I am looking for an alcohol that I can not find in the states, I check with one of the upsale liquor stores in my area. They can check availability and sometimes special order it for you. Here is the website for your beer maybe you can get some information from them.

You probably can't get it in the United States unfortunately but the only place I can suggest looking is one of the Irish pubs in Boston. The owner might be able to recommend a local liquor store that carries Kilkenny for you.

I talked to a large liquor store owner and unfortunately you can't get it in the U.S. My uncle was in Ireland on vacation and being Guinness fans, he fell in love with the beer. It has actually won some world tasting awards and is considered a gold medal beer, but some think it wouldnt' do as well in the states due to the Guinness loyalty and the lack of sophisticated beer palates in the U.S.
Because many Americans aren't real beer oficionados, it is not available to the states yet. Americans tend to like lighter or fruitier beers that taste like crap to me.
Micro brewery beers are popular especially in California where I live but most are terrible. Especially due to the college crowd who likes a lot of foo foo beers, they are popular but not very good.
I love a good Guinness, Harp, or Bass ale and unfortunately for now, Kilkenny Cream Irish ale cannot be put on the list if you live in America. (P.S. Kilkenny is very popular in Russia as well.)

Well, it is an Irish beer. Ask at your local beer store if they can source it for you, or if they can order it in. Or you can ask at pubs that serve it where they buy it.
Cheers!
