my son got jumped by 40 guys he is 17 and the guys who did it r also under 18 they beat him up and smashed his car window 2 days after that the same kid who smashed his car window smashed the rest of them it is under investigation does anyone have any advice on how to make the kid pay 4 the windows or the parents he didnt only do it once he went bak a 2nd time and smashed the rest i need some advice please on what to do!!and i cant nor he afford the $700 deductable in saskatchewan

Some punctuation would help me to understand this better. But, from what I could understand, I think you should sue in the Canadian equivalent of Small Claims Court for the amount of your deductible. Let the insurance take care of the rest.

And call the police on those bastards!

Take the kid and his parents to small claims court. There are no legal fees. Make sure you have concrete EVIDENCE that he actually did it. Bring any paperwork you have, police reports, pictures of the damage, dates, times, places and all other pertinent information. Eye witnesses would be great too. You might want to consult a lawyer to make sure you have everything you need to sue him. Doesn't mean you will win though, unfortunately.

1 - file charges with the police.
2 - call your insurance company and give them the police report
3 - sue this persons parents in small claims court for the damages. Be sure you have the police report, insurance claim, and estimate for repairs.

Follow up with the criminal investigation, if they are convicted the judge can require them to pay restitution. It that fails then take them to civil court.

call the police and file charges to start with....then you can file a suit against the parents of the kid
