There is always a possibility. But I do not think it's probable.

The answers to your questions literally.. Scared me.
These religious drones can't even admit that there is a chance that there "god" doesn't exist!
If you ask almost 99% of athiests or agnostics they will tell you straight up that anything is possible but very unlikely.
Why are the religious drones so blinded by there "faith"
My answer, as an athiest is that there is a chance that there is a god but I really don't think there is. Like many people learn in this world: ANYTHING is possible!
The reason i doubt there is a god is because of the lack of proof, the errors in the bible, etc.

Nope. No chance at all. The reason is when u believe in something u believe in it. Thats what faith is all about. Either u believe in God or not.
Also, any spiritual person can say without a doubt that there is a God. This is because spiritual people actually experience God. People who are not sure or do not believe, will seldom experience God because God seldom manifest himself to such people. So they will continue doubting God's existence. That is the reason for all this argument about the existence of God. The spiritual know beyond a doubt because of their experiences while the nonbelievers will always keep doubting.

I used to think maybe there was a chance, but then God showed me that He is real. He answered prayers that were so miraculous it could only be from Him! (Many!) And I have a personal relationship with Him on a daily basis. I line up this I know, with what the Word says in the Bible and it all fits. There is no confusion in knowing God, only clarity. He is tested and shown true and pure in my eyes and life.

An excellent question... and I would pose this again on a regular basis to jar a few heads into thinking. As you can see here, the rather frightening responses show just how warped the theistic mind really is. They will not even ponder the possibility that their god might not be real.
This, people of faith... is lunacy. And if any of you ever again attempt to call an atheist closed-minded, I'm going to post a link right back to this question. Nice work, Curious...

I've thought about that.
I considered the possibility that there might be no Creator at all...but it doesn't seem logical to me to suppose that life, the universe, and everything just came into being by "chance"...
I considered the possibility that some other god or gods might be responsible, but that didn't seem logical either.
"Religion", it turns out, is mankind's way of reaching out for God...
For me, the only logical choice is the Christian Jesus Christ...God's way of reaching down for mankind...

Who was alive when God was alive (if he ever was...)? Was Jesus real? We have pictures of him or what has been interpreted as being him; give the guy and shave, hair cut, put him in blue jeans and guess what..............he's my neighbor. None of us were alive when God or Jesus existed (if they did) so how does anyone know if they were ever real or not......
As a child, growing up in a religious family, I was taught "if you're good, and believe in Jesus, you'll go to heaven - be bad and you'll go to hell". Guess what..............when you die you're dead - you're not going anywhere else. If you're buried - that's where you stay. If you're cremated and in an urn - that's where you stay. If you're in a crypt or anywhere else - that's where you stay. Where exactly is heaven anyway? In the sky or your brain? If heaven were in the sky then why doesn't planes run into people? Plus, I dig lots of holes in my yard - I've not found hell yet. The core of earth is hot - maybe that's where hell is.....

Anything is possible.
I have thought of strange things before. It occurred to me once that maybe...just maybe...God is an illusion, inculcated into our minds by some inexorably intelligent alien race. Maybe they have the technology to pull it off. And once we die, we confront the horrible truth- that there is no God, and that it was all a great and terrible lie. Instead, aliens of extremely high intelligent created our universe, and devour our souls once we leave our bodies.
I can be a little bit TOO open minded and imaginative sometimes.
Maybe I have thought, once or twice, that when God reveals his face to us, that it would be disturbingly ugly. Or, that he takes away the facade, and we see the horrifying truth that he was really the devil all along.
Or, who knows. Maybe it's all a cosmic joke, as Swiss Psychologist Carl Jung once said. Maybe- just maybe- we are all alone, and there is no god.
Maybe someone actually got it right, for once. If I were to guess, I would say it would have been the ancient Egyptians. They probably knew about some strange, cosmic force out there- and named it Set, or Ra, or Sebek.
Or, maybe the Romans knew something. Or, the Greeks. Or, the Indians from Asia.
These are all possibilities- like I said, anything is within the realm of possibility. But as someone else said above, it is not within probability. Although these contingencies could be true, the chances are so extremely remote that they can't really even be calculated.
Some people have too high of demands of proof for things. ESPECIALLY when it comes to God. People demand empirical evidence of God- and we have to face the music, sooner or later, ladies and gentlemen- there is no proof that God exists. I mean, not empirical proof, beyond a reasonable doubt. Those standards are just too high for this world.
We all have to be willing to live with some degree of uncertainty. It's just the nature of the beast.
But who amongst us can keep an open mind, even in the face of such mortal doubts?
At the risk of seeming banal, I must reiterate the same drab voice that many of us have, heretofore, announced. You must understand certain things about the universe. Not everything is logical. Not everything is palpable. Not everything is going to fit neatly into a plausible explanation. There are just too many mysteries out there for this to happen.
My own personal belief is that God is real. I do not doubt this, when I examine my heart. But it's very hard to explain certain things to other people- things that flow too deep for words. How, for example, do you describe the fragrance of a freshly cut rose? How can you describe how far the East is from the West? Some things in life are beyond explanation and beyond language. The feeling and the emotional state in my heart and soul tells me that God is there- the fact that I cannot see him notwithstanding. I mean, I cannot see him PHYSICALLY. But there is so much more to life than what we see. Would you not be in acquiescence?
As I have said elsewhere, if you turn the pages back in time far enough, you will reach a definitive conclusion. If you look closely at the fabric of history...and walk backwards through the hallowed ages...you will see that everything had a beginning. Something- or someone- must have been there to set things in motion. This makes perfectly logical sense, does it not?
If you agree with the above statement, then what, pray tell, is so far-fetched about believing that God was the one who did this bidding? What is so implausible about that?
I think skepticism is wonderful- like in all things, it must be taken with balance. Everything in moderation. "Nothing too much", as the ancient Greeks said. It is healthy, normal, and sane to have moments or phases of unbelief. It is hard to trust in that which we cannot touch with our own two hands. And there are times in life when we must leave things undone- it is then that we must leap forward in faith. Life becomes a bridge at half draw.
All the objects in the cosmos come into and go out of existence. The stars are like people, in that they are born, they live, and they inevitably die and transform to dust. Such are the lives of such creatures as we.
But going back to the sacred point of the beginning- before the universe was- again, there has to have been a creator. Just as a table cannot create itself, the cosmos of which we are a part could not have just spontaneously assembled itself of its own accord. That hypothesis does not stand up to any even small degree of scrutiny. Nothing can create itself. Ergo, something has to have constructed the stars, the galaxies, the planets, and us. There is no such thing as luck- and there are no such things as accidents. It is all part of a very intricate tapestry.
In summary- yes, again, anything is possible.
You needn't agree with my philosophy- in fact, I encourage you all to think for yourselves. But I believe God is real.
Maybe the sun is the eye of a divine cyclops.
Maybe the world will end two years from next Tuesday.
If is the middle word in life. How very strange.

Of this/that Gods, only "that God"(is light having no darkness at all) is real, immortal, eternal. The other God, the foolish God of foolish/wise Gods, is mortal, notably the dead God of dead/living Gods, the false God of false/true Gods, the God on high in plural and divided law law heavens, where even when right of such law/law it's law worketh wrath. Hell-o!
To wit: "that God" was in Christ(the end of the law) reconciling the world unto himself(the God of all grace), not (law) imputing their trespasses(sins) unto them: 2Cor 5:19. Why not? Because law imputed sin makes sinners all, none righteous, no, not one; And God is one.
The "grace" of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.
