Its been going on for a week now. Any advice to try and get back to normal?

You need to see a doctor having diarrhea for 5 days can make you extremely dehydrated. Eat the B.R.A.T. diet. Which is bananas, rice, applesauce, and tea..They normally harden up your stool..Avoid foods/drinks with sugar in it..Sugar makes diarrhea worse.

Eat more fiber and ruffage. Try eating rice or whole grain cereal. Make sure you eat things like apples and lettuce as well. If that doesn't help, you can always try a fiber supplement such as Benefiber. If it goes on much longer or gets worse, contact your dr.

Rice water. Cook rice with more water than needed, then drink the water (or make it into a soup with the rice if you prefer it that way). That always works.. drink it a few times.
