i have optura 10 and when i try to shoot outside it shows me white screen and nothing else. I contact Canon support and they said it is having a overexposed issue. Does anyone knows how to fix this.
If i do indoor the were ever their is sufficient light i get white spot but for dim or low light the picture is so...so

yes i tried all i can think of on the setting side but no luck the best part is if i play with the settings for a while then it starts working properly...so can say it's a chip problem.

have you tried adjusting aperture, shutter, etc? i mean this if this is a problem with like the chip, then i have no idea, but the only other way i can think of is using a neutral density filter. hopefully this will help, though probably not.
